Hello everybody,

 

I have created the MittFitt Academy to fill the untapped need to create an approachable and effective way to learn the art of pad holding.

​

As a Certified Personal Trainer and Conditioning Coach, I will help guide you through all your fitness goals. Whether you are looking to become a Coach or just improve your boxing and fitness skillset, MittFitt has something for you.

 

I have over 10 years of experience in Muay Thai and have coached hundreds of beginners, athletes and professionals in the sweet science of boxing, the finer points of functional fitness, and the art of eight limbs, Muay Thai.
